When is the Pre-Race Meeting?
On the Friday before the race:
RAO Headquarters will be at the Imperial Lodge Hotel. When you arrive you may pick up your registration packet, goodie bag and route sheets. You will also have an opportunity to sign additional waivers for yourself and your crew, if you are using one.
There will be one pre-race meeting for all racers and crew. The meeting will be from 7-7:30 PM at the Imperial Lodge. Please contact RAO HQ if you will be unable to attend. We will make special arrangements for you at that time.
Sag support bags may be dropped off at the registration table on Friday evening.
