When is the pre-race Meeting?
The Pre-Race Meeting is held on the Friday before the race:
- 6:00 – 6:30 pm Meeting for solo riders
- 6:00 – 6:45 pm Extended meeting time for Rookie Solo riders—you’ll see who you’re up against for RQ
- 7:00 – 8:000 pm Special guest speaker
- 8:00 – 8:30 pm Meeting for 2 & 4 person relay teams
For Solo Racers: Each entrant must be represented by the racer and at least one crew member.
For Team Racers: Each Team must be represented by at least two racers or one racer and one crew.
