When is the pre-race Meeting?
The Pre-Race Meeting is held on the Friday before the race:
- 6:00 – 6:50 pm Meeting for team and solo racers
- 6:50 – 7:00 pm Extended meeting time for Rookie Solo riders — you’ll see who you’re up against for RQ
- 7:00 – 8:00 pm Crew Q & A – there are no silly questions – your chance to ask about hand-offs, leap frog support, exchanges – you name it!
For Solo Racers: Each entrant must be represented by the racer and at least one crew member.
For Team Racers: Each Team must be represented by at least two racers or one racer and one crew.
