Rental deals

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am working on car rental deal with Enterprise Auto Rentals. The rates for a mini-van will be $195.00 for 3 days with 1000 miles. Once I get the codes you will be able to book this on line, in person, or by phone. The other great deal with be on 15 passenger vans. This rate will be higher, around $395.00 per 3 days/1000 miles, but I think this should still be a screaming good price. The corporate accounts also allow more drivers without extra charges as well. The 15 passenger vans will have to be reserved by phone or in person. From what I understand it takes a bit more work to have a van in place for a rental than a mini-van. Don’t forget that I will need proof of insurance this year for all riders—so get a photo copy from the rental agency.

I am also trying to find a cost effective way to have storage at the start hotel for the duration of the race. Last year some of the competitors from out of state had trouble finding a place for van seats, extra luggage, etc. If I did find a storage container or something along those lines would anyone be interested in this service? Would you mind paying a nominal fee to cover the costs of the rental?
I would love some feed back on this point.
