Pre-race meeting

Soloists, we’ll start right at 6:00 so you can either move along to whatever last minute things you need to get done or maybe visit with Allen before his presentation. The meeting should take about 20 minutes. Rookie solo riders will meet briefly with me at 6:30 – take about 5 minutes. Allen Larsen will give his presentation from 7:00 – 7:20 with 10 minutes for question and answer. Team meeting begins promptly at 7:30. The only team to get lost last year was late for the meeting. We’ll go over the route book in detail and also specific team rules re exchanges. Speaking of route books, thanks go to Michael Packard of CH2MHill (Team Thunder & Lightning) for producing this year’s route book. Competing two person teams may blame any route mistakes on Michael.

Hewlett Packard is providing our popular digital finish line like last year. HP has a number of people volunteer to produce your finish photo/certificates. A huge thank-you to Team HP!!
